Cancellation Policy: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your trip. While Soul Dance is early October, it is fall in the Rockies and anything can happen. We personally use Allianz Insurance and have had good experiences in the past. However, we do not take any responsibility for your travel insurance. Please do your research.
Should you need to cancel your Soul Dance experience, a full refund (less a non-refundable $50 admin fee) is available through September 1st, 2025. After September 1st, 2025, a 50% refund is available through September 10th, 2025. After September 10th, no refunds will be given.
