Cancellation Policy: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your trip. While Soul Dance is late March, it is spring in the Rockies and anything can happen. We personally use Allianz Insurance and have had good experiences in the past. However, we do not take any responsibility for your travel insurance. Please do your research.
Should you need to cancel your Soul Dance experience, a full refund (less a non-refundable $50 admin fee) is available through February 20, 2026. After February 20, 2026, a 50% refund is available through March 1st, 2026. After March 1st, no refunds will be given.
